I’m originally from Leningrad and have lived in New Jersey since 1984. I’m single, independent, and enjoy an active life. I’m retired, but I still work part-time on my own schedule—not because I have to, but because I enjoy working and staying busy.

I have three grown children, all with their own families and lives. My only “child” still living with me is Coco, my little 12-year-old dog. :heart:

I love driving and taking spontaneous day trips—discovering a new town, finding a beautiful place, having a good meal, or simply enjoying the scenery. I love to travel, although I haven’t traveled as much recently because I don’t particularly enjoy traveling alone.

I love the beach, lakes, rivers, and mountains. I enjoy hiking, fishing, being outdoors, and especially mushroom picking. I’m a big fan of seafood. I used to love cooking, but these days I’m much more likely to enjoy a nice restaurant than spend hours in the kitchen. :blush:

I don’t smoke, and I drink very little—usually just an occasional glass of wine. I dont like people who smoke.

Who I’m Looking For

I’m looking for a good friend and a partner in life—someone around my age, give or take a few years, who is healthy, down-to-earth, independent, and has a life of his own.

I value interesting conversations, a good sense of humor, kindness, and the ability to enjoy the simple things in life. I’m not looking for someone who needs to be entertained or taken care of. I have my own home, work, family, friends, and interests, and I’m looking for a man who has his own life too.

It would be wonderful to have someone to travel with, take road trips, hike, explore new places, try different restaurants, or simply spend a quiet day together.

I believe the best relationships start with friendship, easy conversation, mutual respect, and enjoying each other’s company.

Maybe we’ll start with a conversation and see where it takes us.
